TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Our contract
All bookings are made with Jordan Classical tours operated hereinafter referred to as "Receiving Party" in the person of Mr. Thaer Samudi (General Manager) acting on the basis of the Statute from other side.
By booking a product with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation / invoice.
A 'Client' (You) is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with Jordan Classical tours.
A 'Product' is any service sold by Jordan Classical tours.
A contract between you and us comes into existence when we have confirmed the booking in writing and issued a Confirmation.
The person submitting the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions), either in hard copy or online warrants that she/he has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names appear thereon, and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion without further explanation.
2. Pricing Tour Options
Jordan Classical tours offers many travel options, tours, packages and other services with different hotel category options within each tour. These range from carefully selected 3 & 4- & 5-star hotels all around Jordan. You can request to change to any other hotel any category with a consideration of price difference. Prices are set according to the specific period that is noted in the pricing section of the tours. The given tour prices are not available for special occasion days such as national holidays, new year period and other holiday days unless it's indicated as otherwise.
Having fully explored Jordan Classical tours website and found a tour which suits you, simply complete the short booking form located at each tour itinerary page or call our office in Amman on +962 (6) 56 200 50/1/2 or you can send email to email@example.com. We will check availability for your preferred date and respond by e-mail or telephone. Once availability has been confirmed and you are happy to go ahead with the booking, we accept a booking deposit to PayPal account (or bank payment can be done) An e-mail confirming all the details of the tour or any tourism service if booked with us, will be sent to you immediately. Most importantly, please ensure you send us your full name or your passport copy so we can make your booking correctly, including visa arrangements if included in the service.
4. Deposit and Payments
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your online order. After the confirmation you can proceed with payment. You can pay a full amount or agree with us deposit schedule. For some cases we can agree payment on arrival, in that case upon your request you should receive a confirmation email from us with agreement of choosing the payment method of the service as cash/ credit card upon arrival of the client.

Visa and Mastercard payments can be charged upon arrival only. Please note that 3% bank fee will be charged with credit card payments.
The full amount of your tour must be paid 7 days before the tour start date. If full payment is not received by this time, we consider it a cancellation and cancellation penalties will apply. Except of the cases when payment is agreed upon arrival. If you have booked any of our tours including flight tickets, then cancellation penalties and the full amount of the flights will be charged.
A reservation can be changed only if space is available. Additional cost could be applied depends of the hotel prices, availability, flight change, or any other services with dynamic rates and change penalties.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing and signed by the tour participants. In the event that a tour participant cancels his or her reservation, the cancellation penalty may apply. The reservation deposit will not be refunded in case of any cancellations done less than 14 days of the tour. If you have booked a tour including domestic flight tickets then the domestic flight tickets are charged at the full amount. The penalty sanctions in case of the tour cancellation are depend on the cancellation policy of the certain hotels, transportation companies involved in the tour.
6. Change of Hotels and Itinerary
We publish all product information in good faith and we will use our best endeavors to operate all Products as advertised. However, we reserve the right to change the tour itinerary at any time.
The Receiving Party has the right to change a hotel for another one of the level not less than the level of initially proposed hotel.
In case of rendering of services in incomplete volume or improper quality that have to be specified in a voucher that a tourist has, the Receiving Part shall propose recovering services and in case of rejection of them by the client make the corresponding note in the voucher and justify by the seal.
If recovering services is not proposed by the Receiving Party, the Receiving Party shall refund the cost of not rendered services specified completely in the price-lists and make a notice in a voucher by the tourists or by a leader of the group with a seal of the Receiving Party.
The services that were not used under the fault of the tourist shall not be refunded by the Receiving Party.
If we make a major itinerary change before departure, if time permits, we will inform you as soon as possible before your departure. A major change is one that affects at least two days out of five of the itinerary. When a major change is made, you may choose between accepting the change, obtaining a refund of money paid on the land portion of your trip, or accepting an alternative tour of the same or lesser value.
We reserve the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside our control. In such emergency circumstances, any additional costs of necessary itinerary alterations will be covered by you. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of a change of itinerary, including visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.
Organized tour accommodations are based on twin/double/triple share accommodation.
Single travelers may share a twin room with another traveler of the same sex, if available. If a same-sex room share is not available then the single room supplement will be payable. Room shares are arranged in order of booking.
For pre- and post-tour accommodations the entire room will be reserved for you. We cannot arrange shared pre- and post-tour accommodations for single travelers. Payment of a single supplement is required in this instance.
Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability.
If you are booking a triple room, please note that in some hotels, the third bed may be a "roll-away" bed. Availability of triple rooms is limited. We are not liable if a hotel can only provide a roll-away bed, and no compensation is payable to you in any such instance.
8. Hotels Terms and Conditions
Some of our hotels have specific terms and conditions which we must abide by. In some cases, this terms and conditions can be different from Jordan Classical tours terms and conditions.
For hotel accommodation for large groups with a minimum of 10 people different terms and conditions will be applied depending on the chosen hotel and their policy.
Prices and choice of accommodation are always subject to availability. Subject to availability, Jordan Classical tours and its hotel partners reserve the right to move guests into accommodation within the same category.
9. Guarantee Prices
Our price guarantees that no increase in land costs will occur once you have paid the deposit for your tour. This is your protection against international currency fluctuations. When you have paid for your flight in full, there will be no change in the cost of the ticket, even if airfares rise later.
10. Last Minute Bookings
Any last-minute bookings, means less than 7 days before arrival, except of transfer bookings with a 3 days period. Should be confirmed with email. Please do not hesitate to contact us by phone to ensure that we received your request. In case of not receiving confirmation email, your booking will be considered as non-confirmed, even it has been paid. Jordan Classical tours is not responsible for any payments done by mistake or as a result of wrong details entered by you.
11. Discounts for Children
Depends of the hotels policies, entry tickets fees to a sights and other factors we can offer discounts for a children from 0 – 11.99 years old.
Please send us an inquiry before you have made a reservation.
Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult, without exception.
12. Group Sizes Tours
Please ask for special group discounts if you are a group of more than 10 people. For the accommodation, we can manage single, double and triple rooms depending on the number of people and according to availability. Note that in some periods of the year, have a limited availability for group accommodation.
13. Daily Tours
If you have booked your own hotel, you should let us know the details – the hotel, hop on hop off address, hotel phone number and your room number as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that your hotel must be located in specific area – city or area name from where tour starts. (Dead sea area and Main Hotel spring are different areas for the pick up or drop of)
14. Airplane Service
None of our packages includes international flights and taxes.
If you book Meet and assist at the airport, once you arrive, our friendly staff will be waiting with your name and a Jordan Classical tours sign at the arrivals area before customs. You will be escorted thru the customs. Then our representative will help you to receive the luggage and will assist you to our transportation and with your onward tour. Please note that Jordan Classical tours is not responsible if guest(s) was not allowed to enter Jordan by a custom regulation or any other reasons which are not manages by Jordan Classical tours. In that case deposit for the booking is not refundable.
If you have booked only transfer, please be ensure that you have provided to us you contact details and correct date and arrival time, our driver will be waiting for you in arrival zone of the airport with a logo sign displaying you name.
We provide new cars and minivans with AC and internet access (if requested). For the groups we arranging transportation according to the size of the group.
16. Tour Transfers
We arrange transportation from all destinations in Jordan. Departure time of the buses for the tours depends on the itinerary to be covered on any particular day. We will also drop you off at the hotel at the end of the tours.
17. Airport Transfers
Transfers from and to the airport mentioned in itineraries are included in our tours. If your international flight is delayed, Jordan Classical tours staff will meet you according to the flight changes. In case you have lost your flight and did not notify us on time then you will be charged for an additional transfer.
Jordan Classical tours will deliver you to the airport a minimum of 1 hour before your domestic flight departure time, or 2 hours before your international flight departure time.
18. Transportation ScheduleThe transportation and your guides are bound by a strict time schedule and cannot be kept waiting for passengers who do not adhere to scheduled departure times. We kindly ask you to pay attention to the departure times of your group at each location visited, and that you be present in the hotel lobby at the required times. Jordan Classical tours does not accept responsibility for instances where it's customers do not abide by this rule.
Kindly bear in your mind that each transportation vehicle has limited space. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or more than 1 piece of luggage for each pax. Otherwise, Jordan Classical tours doesn't responsible if you won't accommodate in the vehicle you ordered.
20. Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits (if needed), vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents.
We are not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. We provide information about these matters in good faith, however without liability.
We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa or other documentation.
In the case of lost or stolen documents, while we are happy to assist in any way possible, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs and you are not entitled to any reimbursement or compensation of paid travel expenses.
21. Tour Guides and Meeting Points
In case you ordered tour, package included guide you will be assigned by a professional licensed tour guide speaking language you agreed while order of the tour who has an excellent knowledge of Jordan. She or he will be charged with giving you a meeting point reference to ensure the smooth running of the tour. You will also meet the tour guide at the meeting point after your free time during the tours.
Kindly note that in case of cancellation of the tour guide services after the program starts, guides fees are not refundable.
We are trying our best to not let you pay any extra money, including the days when you do not use the guide (like days spending at the sea), however it is not always possible, as all guides are based in Amman or Aqaba and transfer to/from you will cost more than a guide day.
22. Entrance Fees
All entrance fees mentioned in the itinerary and are included in the tour price, will be paid for by Jordan Classical tours. For any additional sights not mentioned in itinerary, entrance fees will be on your own expense. Also, you can choose an option of the tour without including entrance fees.
23. Optional Tours
Jordan Classical tours provides a number of optional tours not included in your booked itinerary. You may wish to book these in advance or you could also book an optional tour on your arrival by calling our staff or ask your guide. Please give them time enough to make all the bookings.
24. Check in and check out
Each hotel has its own policy. If hotel rooms are available then we can help you to check in early, if not we have to wait till check in time. You may use this time to take a walk, have a snack or do a little exploring. Generally, check out must be before 12 pm. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later extra charge may be occurred.
25. Passports & Visas
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all the necessary travel documents and that they are valid and effective. You will need a current passport that is valid for at least 6 months and the necessary visa documentation.

We do provide visa along with a tour package for non-restricted nationalities. However, we can't guarantee you passing of the passport control, if have any issues out of us.
For the trips including Egypt or Israel, we can provide visa upon request.
26. Jordan Classical Tours Rights
Jordan Classical tours reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a tour passenger should such person's health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general attitude impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers. Please let staff know if you have any health problems when you are making your booking.
The times on this itinerary are subject to change without notification. Our company is not responsible for last minute delays or changes to the schedules. Our company agrees only to partial compensation in an effort to cover particular not-provided service in case of any failure and will not pay a full refund or full compensation for any disappointment and any extra expenses.
Jordan Classical tours reserves the right to cancel any of the tours in case of insufficient numbers or unfavorable weather conditions, strike, terror, fog, epidemy and technical reasons and the captain can make changes to the route accordingly. Jordan Classical tours cannot be held liable for the change of your itinerary in the event of such circumstances.
27. Personal belongings
Personal items including jewelry, money, valuable documents and other personal belongings are the responsibility of each individual. It is our recommendation that customers use their hotel safe box or facilities provided at the hotel. Jordan Classical tours is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings Travel insurance is professionally advised to travelers for unpredictable incidents.
It is important that your personal details are filled in completely to ensure your personal luggage is correctly delivered to your accommodation. Please keep your hand luggage and hand bags with you for emergency needs.
28. Travel Prohibitions
Passengers will be prohibited from travelling in the event of pregnancy in advance of 27 weeks or more in accordance with the terms of their own safety and their own health. Travel may be permitted in the instance where sufficient medical documentation is provided till 24- 26 weeks of the pregnancy.
29. Dietary Requirements
Special dietary requirements of passengers including vegetarian, diabetic, children menus and dairy-free should be informed to us in advance. For meal requests, please confirm with Jordan Classical tours at least 2 weeks before your tour start date.
30. Handicapped Services
Jordan Classical tours provides private services for handicapped people with prior request. Please contact our staff to make arrangements.
31. Photography & Marketing
Our authorized representatives may take photographs and films of you while using any Jordan Classical tours product. We reserve the right to use said material for any advertising or promotion in any medium we choose without obtaining further consent. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.
We also reserve the right to use any comments you make, questionnaires or complimentary letters with respect to us, or our Products, minus any identifying information, in promotional literature without obtaining further consent.
Pictures and videos of the tours can be used by Jordan Classical tours for promotion of our services or other marketing purposes. Jordan Classical tours maintains the right to use them without prior consultation. Clients also have the right to refuse the use of their images if they do not these to be published.
Your privacy is important to us and we want to assure you that that the Personal Data we collect about you will be treated with care. It is important that the Personal Data we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. It is your obligation to keep us informed if your Personal Data changes during your relationship with us. We need to collect, use and disclose personal information in order to perform our business functions and activities, including making and managing travel bookings on behalf of our customers. We are firmly committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information with various physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. We assume a role of either the "data processor" or "data controller" for any personal information you provide to us in connection with our relationship. The exact role assumed depends on the context of our relationship with you and the purpose of the processing of personal information.
For the provision of retail travel services by Jordan Classical tours we will be the data controller and this Policy shall apply. Likewise, for the purpose of all our marketing activities, we will be the data controller and this Policy shall apply. By providing personal information to us, you agree that this Policy will apply to how we handle your personal information and you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information as detailed in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not provide your personal information to us.
If you do not provide us with your personal information, or if you withdraw a consent that you have given under this Policy, this may affect our ability to provide services to you or negatively impact the services we can provide to you.
We may collect different types of Personal Data: "Technical Information" and "Personal Information." Your Personal Information, and that of your travel companions, is provided to us either directly by you or through an employer or travel sponsor (as the case may be), in order to provide you with the Services you have requested. We may also collect other Personal Information in order to assist you with your travel plans, including but not limited to, passport number, date of birth, gender, arrival and departure locations and times, airline, hotel and other related travel information.
COLLECTION OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION: We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies. We collect other information "Technical Information", such as your IP address, search terms, and site pages you visit while on our Site, whenever you visit our Site, use our services, or view our online advertisements. The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include cookies and log data.
If you are a customer, an agent, an employee, or a job applicant, the Personal Information we hold and use is necessary for the performance of the services or independent contractor agreement or other agreement to which you are a party or to perform the services you have otherwise requested.
If you are a prospective customer, the Personal Information we collect and use is necessary for our legitimate interest in providing you with information about the services we offer, and about which you have expressed an interest or that we believe will be of benefit to you.
If you have any feedback or problems about any of our service, prior, during or after the tour, please inform our Jordan Classical tours staff. We will try to fix the problem immediately. We pride ourselves on our service and will follow up with those who complained to be sure they are fully satisfied. We take feedback seriously as we believe this helps us to improve our services and make our company more professional and expert.
34. Jordanian Laws
At all times during the tour, clients must respect Jordanian laws. Jordan Classical tours will not be responsible for any clients committing illegal acts. Please remember that Jordan is Muslim country.
35. Responsibilities / Consumer Disclosure Notice
Jordan Classical tours, and/or its agents act only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, ship lines, owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services. Receipts and contracts issued by Jordan Classical tours are subject to all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation and any other service whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or owners or contractors or by any person in their employ. By acceptance of tour membership, receipts, contracts and tickets, the tour member agrees that Jordan Classical tours, and/or its agents assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage to a person, property, or otherwise any connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other service, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of Nature, danger, incident at sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays, or cancellations of or changes to itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond Jordan Classical tours control or for loss damage resulting from insufficient, improperly, issued passports, visas or other documents, and that Jordan Classical tours and/or its agents assume no liability for any additional expenses, or liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any foreign causes.
Jordan Classical tours is neither responsible for nor liable for defaults of those persons / companies not directly under control of Jordan Classical tours.
The prices of the tours are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing and subject to adjustment in the event of any change therein. Jordan Classical tours reserves the right to substitute hotels with best available alternatives and make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary or caused by airline schedules or other reasons.
